2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, purchasing products from us, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Products and Services

GLA Jeweller Ltd specialises in the purchase, sale, sourcing, repair and servicing of luxury watches and related accessories.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate. As many of our products are pre-owned and vintage items, signs of wear may be present and may not always be visible in photographs.

Minor variations between photographs and the physical product do not constitute a defect.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, debit card, credit card or any other payment methods made available by us.

Full payment must be received before goods are released unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Deposits and Reservations

Where a deposit is accepted to reserve a product, the item will be held for an agreed period.

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or where required by law.

7. Delivery and Collection

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection. Ownership of the goods remains with GLA Jeweller Ltd until payment has been received in full.

8. Warranty

Where provided, warranties are subject to their individual terms and conditions.

Warranties do not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, water ingress resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or consumable items.

9. Repairs and Servicing

Repair times are estimates only.

Whilst reasonable care will be taken when handling customer property, GLA Jeweller Ltd shall not be responsible for pre-existing faults, defects arising from prior repairs, or issues that could not reasonably have been identified before work commenced.

10. Finance

Finance options may be offered by third-party providers in the future and are subject to approval and availability.

At present, GLA Jeweller Ltd does not provide financial advice and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in relation to consumer credit activities.

Any future finance offerings will be subject to separate terms and conditions and the relevant regulatory disclosures at the time they become available.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLA Jeweller Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, products or services.

Complaints should be submitted using the contact details provided above. We aim to investigate all complaints promptly and fairly in accordance with our Complaints Procedure.
