GLA Jeweller 14-Day Return and Refund Policy
At GLA Jeweller, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom-made pieces, engraved items, and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalisation reasons.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@glajeweller.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
